Whenever we describe this venue, situated between Peterborough and
Grantham, the word "Palatial" gets used. It really is the only word
that fits. The venue is truly luxurious and palatial.
Located in a beautiful village, the exterior and surroundings match
the elegance of its interior.
Cross the swingers bridge and enter
TAs you go into the grounds and approach the house, you will notice
how a relaxing water theme sets the scene and features its own canal
being pumped through the grounds from a lake.
You will cross the canal by a beautiful little bridge that links
the parking area into the designer patio at the front of the house.
Open plan complex
The impressive entranceway leads into the reception area and through to the lower level. Here a dining room, sitting room, kitchen and dance floor shares an open plan complex of 450 square feet.
The swingers dance floor
The dance floor is 144 square feet, lit with nightclub quality lighting. There are also “Smoke” effect machines and top of the range audio hi-fi equipment.
Swingers playroom and Jacuzzi
On the next level is a very large party playroom with breathtaking
views overlooking the external water features and beyond. A giant
TV screen is in one corner and luxurious sofas / settees provide
the main furnishing.
Also on this level, are the bedrooms, a Jacuzzi and steam room.
Warm and friendly hosting
The parties are especially popular because of the very warm hosting that operates. Everyone is made to feel welcome and helped to be put at ease. Nervous newcomers can look forward to finding themselves comfortable and relaxed in the presence of the more experienced swingers.
Just over an hour from London
The venue is surprisingly easy to reach, being situated very close to one of the junctions of the A1 20 minutes drive from Grantham and 40 minutes from Peterborough. The rail trip from London takes just over an hour and by road the journey to London takes about an hour and a half. Leicester is less than an hour away and Nottingham about an hour.

There is good local overnight accommodation available and reliable
village taxi service. Buffet and soft drinks.
An enjoyable and professional catering quality buffet with soft drinks
are provided but you will need to bring your own alcohol.
