Terms and Conditions of Membership
1. Club Aphrodite membership is open to adults aged 18 years or over
2. You agree to use the club only for lawful purposes in accordance with these terms and conditions.
3. You undertake to ensure that all information which you supply is true, accurate,
up-to-date and not misleading or likely to mislead or deceive and that it is not illegal,
unlawful or in breach of any applicable legislation
4. You agree not to advertise or offer to sell any goods or services for any commercial purpose
5. In your contact advertisement description and communications with other members, you agree not use
language that could be considered racist, sexist, or otherwise offensive.
6. When attending parties, you undertake to provide the venue (via the club) with verifiable I.D.
that confirms you are the person(s) as stated on your membership application.
Payment and Refund Policy
1. Payment may be by credit card (via online transactions only) or by cheque, postal order or cash.
2. In the event of a cheque not being cleared by your bank or a credit card payment being rendered as
fraudulent, your membership will be terminated with immediate effect until such time as the membership
fee has been refunded to Club Aphrodite. Should a cheque be purposely stopped after joining,
we reserve the right to apply to your local county court to claim compensation for the loss of fee
and incidental administration charges.
3. Members are entitled to a full refund of any membership fee paid to us, provided they notify us in
writing and return their membership pack to the club within seven days of joining.
4. The membership fee paid relates to the time of joining only and for the selected period thereafter.
Club Aphrodite reserves the right to change membership fees at any time.

1 Club Aphrodite does not accept any liability for any error or omission in relation to content
of any publication or website information. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental, special or consequential damages, claims or losses of any nature (including, but not
limited to, loss of profits, direct, indirect, special or consequential damages) arising in contract,
tort or otherwise from the use or inability to use the Club's website or publications,
or any material contained in them by you or any third party, or from any action or
decision taken as a result of using the publications or websites.
You expressly agree that use of the Club's facilities are at your sole risk
